Francis Paul Heylighen, geboren im Jahr 1960 ist Hochschullehrer an der Freien Universität Brüssel. Er beschäftigt sich intenstive mit Konzepten zum Global Brain sowie emergenten intelligenten Organisationen. Zusammen mit Valentin Turchin und anderen baute er um das Jahr 2000 die Web-Präsenz Principia Cybernetica Web als umfangreiche Informationsressource mit auf. Siehe auch Global Brain ↗
