• Auf dem Mount Everest siedet Wasser bereits bei 70° C. Das Eigelb wird bereits bei 65° fest, das Eiweiß bräuchte aber 85° C und bleibt damit auf dem Gipfel des Berges glibberig weich.
  

• Der Mount Everest von Süden aus gesehen: Mit 8849 Metern Höhe über dem Meeresspiegel (NN) ist der Everest der höchste Berg der Erde.
