• Ein Blick in den Lavasee des Vulkans Kilauea auf der Hauptinsel von Hawaii: der See ist in wenigen Tagen um viele Meter abgesunken. Der Kilauea gilt an sich als ungefährlich, hatte aber zum Beispiel 1924 einen hochexplosiven Ausbruch.
  

• The summit lava lake has dropped significantly over the past few days, and, as of the evening of 5/6/18, was roughly 220 m below the crater rim. This very wide angle camera view captures the entire north portion of the Overlook crater.
