Viertel eins
... German for => a quarter past twelve (time of the day)
In German "viertel eins" and "viertel vor eins" must not be confused. The first version means: a quarter on the way from twelve to one o'clock, which is either 12.15 or 24.15. The latter means: a quarter still before us on the way from twelve to one o'clock, which can either mean 12.45 or 24.45.
